1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or using our travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2Our Services
Mom Dad International provides travel agency services including tour packages, hotel bookings, flight reservations, visa assistance, and travel insurance. We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third-party providers.
3Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment and issuance of a confirmation voucher. Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change until a booking is confirmed. We accept payment via bank transfer, UPI, and other methods as specified at the time of booking.
4Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation charges vary depending on the type of service, the supplier's policy, and the time of cancellation. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after deduction of applicable cancellation fees. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
5Travel Documents and Visa
It is your responsibility to ensure you hold a valid passport, visa, and any other travel documents required for your journey. We provide visa assistance as a service but cannot guarantee visa approval, as this is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or consulate. We are not liable for any loss arising from refusal of a visa or entry to any country.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mom Dad International shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations, lost baggage, illness, injury, or acts of God. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, strikes, or other events of force majeure. In such cases, we will endeavour to provide alternative arrangements or refunds where possible.
8Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Mom Dad International or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
9User Conduct
You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our website. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms.
10B2B Partner Portal
Access to our B2B partner portal is granted only to registered travel agents and corporate clients. B2B users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account. Misuse of the portal, including unauthorised sharing of credentials or fraudulent bookings, will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.
11Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chandigarh, India. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes amicably before initiating legal proceedings.
